We want you to love your Renew pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of circular fashion items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all items must be in the same condition as received to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your Renew garments in their original packaging or a reusable mailer, ensuring any previous shipping labels are removed.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
