What is EILEEN FISHER Renew?
Renew is our take-back and resale program designed to create a circular fashion economy. We take back your pre-loved EILEEN FISHER pieces, professionally clean or repair them, and find them a new home to keep textiles out of landfills.
What condition are Renew items in?
Every piece undergoes a rigorous quality inspection. 'Gently Worn' items are in excellent condition with no visible flaws, while 'Remade' items have been creatively repaired or felted into entirely new designs.
How do I return my old EILEEN FISHER clothes?
You can bring your pre-loved EILEEN FISHER pieces to any EILEEN FISHER or Renew retail store, or mail them back to us. For each piece received, you will earn $5 in Rewards to use toward a future purchase.
What is your return policy for Renew purchases?
We want you to love your find. Renew items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in the same condition as when they were sold and have the original tags attached.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days. Please note that because our Renew inventory is unique and often ships from specific circularity centers, processing times may vary slightly from our main-line collection.
Are Renew items authentic?
Yes. Every item sold through Renew is an authentic EILEEN FISHER garment that has been verified by our internal team of experts before being listed for resale.
